Little River Falls

Probably went too far with the one above so here is the crop version. Did 24 panos yesterday in limited time that I’ll be sorting thru and also got the mill site and a 300 year old oak tree.

The last time Rodney and I were here was in December 2009 on the other side of river below the last falls. Which there is a post. Our limited access to this beautiful place is due to a client, property owner on river, and local naturalist that Rodney has done some of his wonderful stonework for.

A photo I took in the 1970’s looking down from on top of the big rock, subject unknown.

This is the last site I see before I return home from Beaverdam and was full of wheat a couple of weeks ago where I photograph the storm clouds.

I think I’ve been there, a while ago.

Super. I like the rework of the older flood picture especially. I have a piece of blue quartz that I hauled out of the Little River falls in the ’70’s that is one of the best pieces in my rock collection. I also need to get Rodney over here to re-do my sidewalk in that great field stone. Wonder if he is available…
