Rockfish Gap (unplanned panorama)

I went through the digital archive today to see what unplanned panoramas I may be able to stitch and found some goodies…

Boatdogs studio, a great panoramist that has been doing them a decade before me. His site is in widget at the right of Blog.

Good series… Glad to have that photo of the “studio.” The Rockfish Gap photo is killer. I’ve also been panning for panoramic gold from old photos.

The panorama was taken during the silver rock series, see :

Raihda just sent me your old neighbors recipe for Soba noodles with sesame ginger vinaigrette. This is better than lo mein if you like that sort of thing. One of my favorites!

    Here is sandy’s recipe..
This is good and simple. Garnish with sliced green onions or cilantro
Sandy’s Soba noodles with sesame ginger vinaigrette
1/2 pound soba noodles (I just used angel hair)
2 tablespoons Chinese hot chile sauce (may want to use less)
    1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
    1/4 cup dark soy sauce
    1/4 cup sesame oil
    6 tablespoons sunflower oil
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    -cook noodles au dente
-mix the noodles with all ingredients listed above except the sesame seeds
-toast seeds in dry pan or toaster oven; sprinkle on top before serving.
