    Florence Helen Cooper COOPER, Florence Helen, of Richmond, passed away Sunday, May 17, 2009. She was the daughter of the late Hilbert Jack and Edith Bernstein. She is survived by her children, Bruce David Cooper, Teri Lynn Cooper and her partner, Jeff Avery, and Robert Ethan Cooper and his wife, Jennifer; brother, Ernest M. Bernstein; grandchildren, Carly Elizabeth Cooper, Rachel Nicole Cooper, and Isaac Jack Cooper; and other family members and friends. She was co-owner of Bernstein Enterprises and The La Vogue Stores. As co-owner of The La Vogue Stores, she set the tone of quality fashion as a couture buyer. She also volunteered and contributed to the Jewish Community. She will be missed by many. Services will be held in the Beth El Chapel at Forest Lawn Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, with interment to follow in the Congregation Beth El Cemetery. Donations may be made to Weinstein JCC, Camp Hilbert Fund, 5403 Monument Ave., Richmond, Va., 23226.
